Abstract


The dissertation analyzed the reason that counterwork the costume market and for the costume enterprise to improve efficiency and to make a hit. In allusion to put forward the new comprehension and new measure about the Object Management.In the first part, the dissertation analyzed the actuality about the costume market and the management about the costume enterprise. Then sum up the outstanding management problem and the key point in costume enterprise. It’s the high epidemic of the costume that make it hard to hold and control, and hard to make management and operate measure with high administer.In the second part, the dissertation makes an integrative and brief abstract and analysis about the Object Management. It also analyzed the feasibility and validity to introduce the Object Management to costume enterprise. And then expatiates the key point to put forward the emphases bout the Object Management, and innovated the old object management. In put the Process Management in to the Object Management, and deepen the conception of OBJECT. Analyze the object to improve the administration and make the management of costume enterprise qualitative change.In the third part, the dissertation put forward the measure for the costume enterprise to introduce the Object Management. And show some table and chart to make a embed expatiation about the last part. Makes a deeper annotation about the OBJECT, ORIENTATION, ADMINISTER, CONTROL and ADJUSTIVE. Embody the quomodo to input the process management with Object Management. At last, educed the innovation and advantage of the Object Management to use in costume management.
