Abstract


In today 's society , the question of justice in the field of the environment to become a closely watched issue . Environmental justice issues from a philosophical point of view , analyzing the causes of environmental justice issues and propose solutions to the recommendations , and the subsequent realization of international and domestic environmental justice issues have guiding significance . First, the article describes the meaning of environmental justice . Simply put , social justice, environmental justice is triggered by environmental factors or non- justice , particularly in relation to the issue of the unequal power relationship between the strong and weak groups . And around the meaning of the brief on behalf of justice and intergenerational justice . Intra-generational justice is the premise of intergenerational justice and an important guarantee for intergenerational relations are facing a party to the main body is the missing body , mainly talking about in this article on behalf of justice . Secondly , on the issue of environmental justice classification. Classification for environmental justice issues is usually two kinds of international justice and domestic justice . Further refine the classification of the environmental justice issues as environmental justice issues on the international level , environmental justice issues on the regional level , the group level on environmental justice issues , as well as procedures on environmental justice issues . The third part of the analysis of the causes of environmental injustice , which is the focus of the article discusses . Article to explain the causes of environmental injustice is divided into five parts : first , the special nature of the environment itself lead to a generation of environmental injustice ; elite manipulation ; policy hypocrisy ; fourth the need to \Finally, the article countermeasures to solve the problem of environmental injustice from both theoretical and practical level . Theoretically should establish new ethics guidance Rawls's principles of justice ; practice should be done : the developed countries to take responsibility : to overcome the elitism ; develop practical environmental policy ; economic benefits and environmental benefits of unified ; corrective interpersonal imbalances .
