Abstract


The real private enterprise of New China mainly origins from the beginning of 1980’s. After the great development in the 20 years recently, now it already had grown up. Except some monopolized industries by government, private enterprise already has been one of the most dominant parts in most of country’s industries, such as machinery, electric, spin, financial industry, and play the more and more important role in the country’s economy. But we should see that Chinese private enterprise comes into being in the country’s planned economy and has a short time of development. Many enterprises are short of knowledge, necessary capital, human resources and material resources and short of potential development aftereffect. Facing the difficult environment, it is a very important realistic meaning task that we should study the sustainable growth of private enterprises.There are total four chapters in this article. It uses the method of combining fact and theory and carries through positive analysis about the competency of private enterprises. The first chapter introduces the study background, meaning and domestic and foreign literature summary, give the study content and method. The second chapter gives the concept, development course of private enterprises, and expatiate the concept of competency and the factor which restrict the competency. The third chapter is the main body of the article.By spss software, this chapter analyses the influence factor of competency, competency structure of every period and the influence factor of innovation ability on the method of positive analysis. We can get the conclusion that the main influence factors include manager diathesis, macro-circumstance, enterprise system and the influence of enterprise system depends on idiographic development period. It has different influence factors in different periods. The main factors include innovation ability and management ability in gestation period, distribution ability in development period, innovation, distribution and management ability in maturity period, ability of establishing and using industry relation network in winter period. Innovation ability runs through the whole periods. The main influence factor of innovation ability is the ability of distinguishing development opportunity availably. The fourth chapter brings forward the available approach of improving the competency and innovation ability ofprivate enterprises. At last, it summarizes the study of the article and gives the future about this field.
