Abstract


After reforming and opening up more than 20 years, the market economy system has become initially, but Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps where is located in the northwest frontier of the motherland has not been able to effectively mixed with the market mechanism. According to Hu Jintao’s thesis of the relations between the special management system of Corps and the market mechanism, combining Corps’situation, the peper want to explore the relationship in the new period and the obstacles.Using the new institutional economics, regional economics, industry economics and other disciplines,basing on the s normative analysis and empirical analysis, through collating and analysising these information,the peper will research the law of the development of the special management system of Corps, further more will research the methods of Institutional innovation.This study is broadly divided into seven parts:the first part is introduction, mainly discusses the background, significance, content and the technology roadmap; the second part mainly introduct the the theory; the third part mainly introduc the history of the special management system of Corps; the fourth part mainly summarize and discuss their relations; the fifth part mainly analysis the issue between Corps and the market mechanism; the sixth part mainly want to establish a institutional innovation pattern; the seventh part is summary.
