Abstract


After the abolition of agricultural tax , China's rural reform has entered a critical stage, \the goal of the neo- rural adapt . Abolition of agricultural tax played a significant role in maintaining the rural social and political stability , consolidation of rural grassroots political power , reduce farmers 'burdens , increase farmers' income , triggered township financial and social problems such as shortage of agricultural tax abolition . In this paper, starting from the analysis of the abolition of agricultural tax reasons and significance , focusing on analysis of the impact of rural society in the abolition of the agricultural tax , and come to the conclusion of the tax reform Daobi structural reform . On this basis , a preliminary study on how to build township after the abolition of agricultural tax system , to provide a reference for the township of institution-building after the abolition of agricultural tax . The paper is divided into three sections . The first chapter analyzes the causes and significance of the abolition of agricultural tax .
