Abstract


This article aims to do the system in-depth analysis and research on overall performance and strategic development direction of China 's real estate listed companies . Through research, expected to provide theoretical support and decision-making based on real estate listed companies strategic development orientation . In the theoretical study , this article by finishing comprehensive performance \basic theoretical background platform . Empirical research , this study comprehensive performance evaluation system in accordance with the principle of comprehensive and does not repeat the definition of fuzzy matter-element method in the analysis of a comprehensive performance evaluation method proposed in this study is suitable . Rely on the author himself firsthand data collecting and collating the use of fuzzy matter-element method to evaluate the performance of the current real estate listed companies . On the evaluation of the results of the same corporate equity structure , diversify the feasibility and advantages of the data analysis , research using generalized least squares method based on the positioning of the strategic direction of development of the real estate listed companies . According to the study results suggested the feasibility of the proposed strategic direction of real estate listed companies .
