Abstract


Through analysis of the status and development tendency of agriculture extension in epoch, the paper point out that: the prominent problem in agriculture extension is difficult position due to the lack of coordination development;the Small scale farm production brings farmers high cost by adopting new technology and the lower rate of labor production. Based on of the guidance of Marxist basic theory. Deng Xiaoping Theory, and Important thoughts of Three-representative, the paper puts forward the viewpoint "Agriculture extension coordination and development theory" to promote our agriculture development. According to the scientific development policy of five-plan and building socialist new farm in the Fifteen People Congress, and with extraordinary global insight, from the view point of scientific development, the paper suggests the function of government, enterprise and society organization should be clearly defined, then, make fully the government investment yield well, encourage the skilled farm workers to have an adequate communications with farmers, lead them to shift step by step to the Second and Third Industry, speed up shifting "Argotechnique Extension" to "Argricultural Extension", finally service for ’Three Argriculture’, increase the rate of Argotechnique shifting, cooperating and developing between industry and argriculture, city and rural, coordinate between multi-cooperation of argriculture-science education and the net of Argricultral Extension, thus we can realize the goal of increasing farmer’s income, increasing effectiveness of argriculture and stabilizing rural area. It, therefore lead all farmers to well-off society. Finally, the study give a demonstration of agriculture extension improvement by author practice in participating in agricultural industrialize, establishing demonstration garden of agricultural science and technology, organizing agriculture special cooperative and so on. It need to be researched that the innovation policy and future development program of agriculture extension on base of agriculture extension coordination and development theory.
