Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , China's economy has undergone a tremendous change . However , while China's economic development , China's banking sector competition is also increasing the speed gradually accelerating the introduction of new products and new services and products are becoming increasingly complex , which further promote the development department of the bank must adopt a more simple and effective way to carry out the construction and functional development . From the trend of gradual refinement of the social division of labor , banking software project development work outsourced to professional software company is an inevitable trend , derived therefrom, the method of management of software outsourcing . Organize and improve the outsourcing management methods become the primary means for banks to reduce project costs , improve project quality , shorten the project development cycle . Based on this understanding , this paper attempts to starting from Jiangxi Branch of China Construction Bank, the characteristics of business outsourcing IT platform project management practices , learn and absorb knowledge already outsourcing management , form applicable to my work unit , and even apply to the China Banking the outsourcing management methods .
