Abstract


Regions monetory policy is proceed the actual situation on the premise of from monetory policy by the governments and central banks. By changing the prices of all items, regions mone-tory policy can affect the choice of the main economic body and furtherly influences technical innovations. Innovation is providing new mode of production and management including apparel fabric, garment production, fashion design and textile raw material to increase the product quality, provide far more services, capture the market and add value to products. Applying the standard study and case analysis, this paper analyzes Optimization of Mone-tary Policy about Innovation by contrasting Hubei Province with Shandong Province. The inno-vation of the paper is the new visual angle of research.on studying deeply about Optimization of Monetary Policy about Innovation and making up the drawbacks of Monetary Policy about In-novation about Hubei,the major contents of each chapter are shown as follows: Chapter I IntroductionThe introduction explains the background, significance of the research and research method. this introduction summarizes the major research content, research method, major achievements and innovation points of this dissertation.Chapter II the basic theory for monetary policies The chapter introduces the meaning of finance, financial tools, regional financial , studyies the innovation necessity from the point of view of industryd and the necessity of optimising monetary.Chapter III The Analysis of monetary policies matrix which promoting innovation Based on the monetary policies matrix ,the paper intrduces the major policies about innova-tion.Chapter IV Study on the Innovation in Enterprise The chapter mainly analyzes innovation in enterprisefrom five aspects.Chapter V The Contrast and Analysis of Optimization of Monetary Policy about Innova-tion from Hubei to Shandong Province. Model was created by use of the entropy, and the paper draws some important conclusions of promoting the innovation.Chapter VI Conclutions and OutlookThe paper reachs a conclusion about Optimization of Monetary Policy on Innovation.
