Abstract


In today 's social and economic life in the increasingly fierce competition between enterprises and other organizations , and how to improve the organization and employees work performance issues of common concern . Educational Technology since the mid-20th century as an independent professional , its theory and practice have gained tremendous development . \their personal performance system , performance technology in recent years, not only in the business world , but also in the education sector and the field of educational technology has also been widespread concern and attention . Performance Technology is the absorption corporate training program teaching and instructional design philosophy, and gradually formed in the process to improve enterprise performance . It is the use of the analysis, design , development , implementation and evaluation system to improve the performance of individuals and organizations working research and practice areas . \Performance technology into the educational technology disciplines theoretical system , melt the absorption of investment in educational technology will help solve the problem of output and teaching optimization problems . It can be said that the concern for performance issues is an inevitable choice for the development of the theory and practice of education technology . How many of the experiences and practices of the business organization applied to educational organizations , seeking low-cost , high - effective and efficient solution strategy is the main problem in the educational performance technology . The subject according to the situation and the existing problems of secondary vocational education , ideas and philosophy combined with performance technology , performance technology to improve the educational performance point of view , which the current reform of secondary vocational education and solve the education problem has practical significance. Continue to explore my teaching practice , constantly sum up , constantly reflect on continuous improvement, in order to truly reflect the performance of the application of technology in secondary vocational education . And performance technology in education effectively promoted .
