Abstract


After the functions of the government was peeled off,China Telecom was turned into a pure enterprise. The individualized mobility communication requirements make China Telecom to face increasingly intense competition. China Telecom must build a new business model to gain the competitive advantage.China Telecom Best Tone made a success in building a new business model, but it can’t be enough to support the strategic transformation of China Telecom. Based on the study of business model of China Telecom Best Tone, Google search engine, Ctrip.com, Tencent.com, the discipline is found to direct building new business of China Telecom fixed telephone service.Web 2.0 is the trend of communication, also the result of the development of communication, corresponding to that, the communications network must be turned into a carrier platform of social relations and a record platform of the Social Communication, and based on that, China Telecom must build new value chain system to gain competitive advantage.At last the orientation of building new business model China Telecom fixed telephone is studied, and a new business model is tried to be designed.
