Abstract


Objective: Detecting the expression of apoptosis correlation gene bcl-2, p53 and bax to analyze the interactions between these three genes and the clinic pathology target of rectal cancer, as well as the influences of region chemotherapy by adds fluorine hitch to anus. Provide the theory basis for region chemotherapy of fluorine anus hitch to rectum by investigating the anti-tumor mechanism and region chemotherapy significance of 5-Fu.Methods: 63 examples, male 37 examples, female 26 examples, age 31-70 year old, mean age 51 years old were chosen from August, 2005 to March, 2006 in Liaoning Province tumor hospital large colorectal department.. Inspection before operation: Chest X-ray, abdomen B ultrasound, CT and MRI were made if necessary, to identify the clinical stages. All patients without any treatment in which 35 examples (male 22, female 13) were added the fluorine anus hitch to retum before operation (experimental group) and 28 examples (male 15 examples, female 13 examples) had no treatment before operation(control group). 35 patients in experimental group were respectively given fluorine anus hitch to rectum (deep 4 ~ 8cm) for seven days after stool in morning and everning(interval 12 hours) .(each grain is 500 mg and total quantity is 7,000 mg). The first day after chemotherapy operation was performed. 63 cases before surgery were performed enteroscope and biopsy to identify. Bcl-2, bax and the p53 protein
