Abstract


In the past twenty years, the mobility of endometrial cancer has been rising manifestly. But its pathogenesy is still not identified. It is indicated that estrogen hormone is in close correlation with the mobility of endometrial cancer. As well as the target organ of estrogen and pregnancy hormone, uterus is also an endocrine organ with complicated function. Endometrium can express many cytokines and growth factors, of which insulin-like growth factor is studied more. Cytokines and growth factors in part can regulate and influence the effect of hormone on endometrium, which plays a formidable part in tumor generation.Insulin-like growth factor is an important mediator of growth, development and survival. It can be generated from almost all tissues of body and regulated by growth hormone. It is indicated in vitro cell culture and animal experiment that over-expression of IGFs especially IGF-Ⅰand IGF-ⅠR in tumor cells and interstitial enhances malignant tumor mobility possibly. IGF-Ⅰcan promote cell mitotic cycle and inhibit apoptosis. It can not only interact other growth factors but also play a part in hormone inducing tumor occurrence.Objective: By comparing protein expression of IGF-Ⅰ, IGF-ⅠR and PR in normal endometrium, endometrial hyperplasia and endomembrane adenocarcinoma, the paper is to look for new target for biochemics changes in endometrial precancerosis and canceration course.
