Abstract


Private economic industrial clusters exist widely in our country, greatly improved private corporations’competition advantages. However, with the development of clusters and the changes of economic enviroment, the problems of these clusters became prominent, baffling further progress of private economic clusters. Because the study in private economic clusters generally failing in discussing clusters’problems through the root of cluster theories. This paper is trying to research developing rules of our country’s private economic clusters in the light of basic cluster theories and economic principles, as well as discovering, analyzing the problems based on private economic clusters’developing rules as to find theory foundations for solution to problems of private economic clusters.This paper firstly analyzes the formation of our country’s private economic clusters and main factors that boosting private economic clusters develop, along with characteristics of private economic clusters.Secondly, combined cluster economics and economic principles, we propose and reasoning the way to advance our country’s private economic clusters development as well as the mechanism to ensure private economic clusters consistent growing. We emphasize that specialized dividing the work and product differentiation are key issues to keep private economic clusters’growing.Thirdly, we put forward problems in three aspects, the coperations, relationships between coperations, and assistant systems, study the reasons of these problems besides conclude the main factors influencing continuous growing of our country’s private economic clusters.Thirdly, referencing the success of small and medium enterprise clusters in developed countries, we come up with corresponding policy options and measures from aspects of private economic clusters operate mechanism,government guiding, and the agency assistant system.
