Abstract


As a foundation in China, Mining is an important element of economic and social development. With the exploitation of coal, a kind of important resource in China, its influence on eco-environment of coal mine is intensified. It has become more and more important to carry out the strategy of sustainable development and to promote the harmonious development of economy and environment.Based on the material collection, the on-the-spot investigation, the experts’consultation, and the data statistics and analysis, this study is finished, which consists of five chapters: a comprehensive narration of documents, a comprehensive analysis and assessment of eco-environmental quality of Zibo Coal Mine in Shandong Province, an environmental and economic analysis in Lingzi Coal Mine, an analysis of circular economy construction in Lingzi Coal Mine, and a summary of the study.The first is an eco-environmental assessment on Zibo Coal Mine. The system of indexes is established with 29 indexes from natural resources, environmental quality, pollution management, and social and economy. And so is the five-grade criterion of assessment for some indexes with national criterion by referring the national one. The paper takes the average level of that of Shandong Province as a third-grade criterion , and does fifty percent, eighty percent of the third-grade one as a fourth-grades criterion. Contemporary, the paper puts forward the model of Twi-Gray Incidence Analysis to apply in the eco-environmental assessment of Zibo Coal Mine. With the annual outcome of Gray Incidence Analysis, it is known that the eco-environment of Zibo Coal Mine is fine. With the Gray Incidence Analysis’s outcome of every index, it is known that the outcome of 7 indexes is still fourth or fifth grade. Though the total eco-environmental quality of Zibo Coal Mine is fine, much trouble lies. A strengthen management of eco-environment is needed in Zibo Coal Mine. Also it is testified that the model is feasible.
