Abstract

Lycoris' dissertation">Lycoris (Lycoris Herb.) Plants as a class only has medicinal value and highly ornamental value bulbous flowering plants; East Asian endemic genera, mainly distributed in China, Japan and South Korea. Predecessors in terms of morphology, cytology, molecular, physiological and medicinal plants Lycoris large number of studies, but there are still a lot of controversy Lycoris system. This study Lycoris 9 species and Lycoris (Lycoris radiata) 16 populations of plants by karyotype and isozyme research and analytical tools for the study of materials, plant species populations and Amaryllidaceae Lycoris between the detailed study; further reveals differences Lycoris species and the Lycoris different populations; explore the relationship of Lycoris system and resources to provide basic data for further development and utilization. The results are as follows: by 13 populations Lycoris karyotype analysis, karyotype found of Lycoris in different populations there is a huge variation. (1) The number of chromosomes is substantially multiples of 11, the cardinality of chromosomes should be 11. (2) variation of chromosome number is very large, 21,22,25,33 to 44, which in addition to the presence of a large number of diploid populations in Lycoris, there triploid and aneuploid populations; and the first times reported tetraploid (2n = 44) populations (Ma On Shan populations cell type V Huoshan populations cell type I, the of Xuancheng population I cell type IV, of Xuancheng population II cells type II and Hangzhou Habitat group II cells type II). (3) changes in karyotype, there is a big difference in chromosome morphology, the genome of this study Lycoris populations can be divided into 7 categories: The first category is composed by m, st, t and T chromosome exists only in the the Maanshan populations (2n = 25 = 1m 20st 2t 2T); second category is composed by st, t and T chromosome, such as Hangzhou populations I (2n = 22 = 12st 4t 6T); third by m and st chromosome exists only in Xuancheng populations Ⅰ (2n = 21 = 1m 20st); fourth category st and T chromosome, such as the Ma On Shan populations (2n = 33 = 18st 15T); by st and t two chromosomes, such as Japanese populations (2n = 22 = 6t 16st); sixth class is composed only by st chromosome, such as the Chuzhou populations (2n = 22 = 22st); seventh only t chromosome, such as Huangshan populations (2n = 22 = 22t). (4) karyotype type mostly 4A type, only a small number of populations for 3A, 3B, 3C or 4B karyotype. (5) for the first time secondary constriction in Huoshan populations found. 13 populations inside there are 22 kinds of different karyotype fully that Lycoris populations karyotype polymorphism is quite obvious. From a geographical point of view, the close proximity of the populations both similar karyotype exist large differences karyotype variation and geographic distribution of the karyotype in Lycoris populations no obvious correlation. By the constant discovery of of Lycoris new karyotype, Lycoris populations manifested karyotype polymorphism can not use the traditional theory of fracture or fusion theory to explain its evolution mechanism by ring
