Abstract

With the development of industrial and agricultural production, increasing emissions of various pollutants, aquatic ecosystems are polluted to varying degrees. Polluted water body phytoremediation technology is the recent development of an inexpensive and efficient water purification and remediation technologies, some aquatic plants were grown in a natural water body or by constructing artificial wetlands for purification of contaminated water and repair certain and engineering applications. Select purification ability, patience aquatic plants is critical of the protection of plants damaged water purification and repair effect. In this experiment, the more widely distributed in our two large aquatic plants - wild rice (Zizania latifolia Turcz.) And calamus (Acorus calamus L.) by floating culture experiments, both separate and equal amount of mixed cropping repairing effect of sewage purification, and both low, medium, and high concentrations of sewage purification effect and its growth characteristics; pot experiment to study both in the low, middle and high three concentrations of Cu-Zn-Pb-Cd the composite pollution under the conditions of the growth conditions, physiological characteristics and capacity of absorption and accumulation of heavy metals. The study was designed as sewage treatment, and ecological restoration of the river and lake pollution water purification plant selection to provide the basis of the restoration project. The results are as follows: 1. Mushroom and calamus tested sewage can normal growth, both either planted alone or by mixing equal amounts planting purifying effect were significantly better than the control. Mushroom cultivation alone, calamus separate planting and mixed cropping both of the tested waters nitrogen (TN) removal rates were 92.8%, 92.7%, 94.9%, ammonia (NH 3 - N) removal rates were 95.5%, 97.4% and 96.6%, respectively, of total phosphorus (TP) removal rates were 83.9%, 94.3% and 84.7%, respectively, of the chemical oxygen demand (COD Cr < / sub>) removal rates were 83.0%, 85.5% and 86.7%, respectively. The calamus separate planted TP removal was significantly better than the mushroom planting and a mixture of the two separate planting. The mixture of the two planting did not show better than individually planted purifying effect. Mushroom and calamus can be used as a purification and repair of the sewage plant. 2. Mushroom and calamus are in the sewage concentration grow best. The biomass concentration sewage mushroom significantly higher than the low concentration and high concentration in the concentration of sewage in calamus biomass slightly higher than the low concentration and high concentration, but the difference was not significant. Both sewage purification effect of three concentrations than the control. Mushroom in the concentration of sewage in TN, NH 3 -N, TP, the COD removal efficiency of Cr were 97.40%, 95.28%, 98.48%, 71.38%, high concentration of sewage in TN, NH 3-N, TP, the COD removal efficiency of Cr were 96.36%, 97.65%, 88.18%, 76.11%, purifying effect
