Abstract


After the liberation , China 's railway transportation industry has gone through 50 years of development , the railway construction has made great achievements , especially since the reform and opening up , the achievements of the railway construction is impressive , but as the Chinese economy to the market of the gradual progress of the economy , the railway transportation industry began to face a new and old systems to convert a series of new contradictions , the huge workforce , low labor productivity, productivity layout lag and backward management a serious impediment to the further development of railway transport . Matching relationship in order to solve the workforce and transportation needs of rail transport in the production process , reduce enterprise overstaffing , to further improve the predictability of the enterprise workforce demand , the Science and Technology Division of the Ministry of Railways in 2003 issued a \\was born. The main body of this paper is divided into four parts the first part of the status quo of human resources rail transport , including the total amount of railway transportation of human resources , the structure of macroeconomic analysis and microscopic analysis of the the rail transport human resources utilization . Macro analysis through the analysis of historical data to understand the trend of the total amount and structure of the rail transport of human resources . The microscopic analysis questionnaire , job satisfaction on the the railway production of front-line human resources , technical level as well as professional counterparts investigation , on this basis , to take advantage of the situation of human resources . The purpose of this part of the analysis of about rail transport of human resources to adapt to the needs of the production , operation and management of the existence of redundant staff . The second part of the forecast of the demand and the total supply of rail transport human resources .
