Abstract

Imidazole and phenazine precursor - containing heterocyclic compounds are widely exist in the natural compounds having good biological activity , but still a very important class of organic fluorescent material , and thus subject to the majority of the scientific widespread concern . In this thesis , the total synthesis and spectral properties of the fluorescent compound of imidazole and phenazine class . This thesis is divided into four parts : the first part is the light-emitting mechanism of organic fluorescent compounds Introduction , Introduction to classification of organic fluorescent compounds , as well as the application of the target compounds and synthetic progress in the field . The second part is the synthesis of a fluorescent compound of imidazole and phenazine class . Salicylaldehyde and o-phenylenediamine , the paper as raw material , through oxidation, reduction , condensation synthesis fourteen imidazole thiophene triazine fluorescent compounds and to optimize the synthesis reaction conditions . Target of more than a dozen compounds synthesized by infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance , and modern analytical tools on the structures of the compounds were characterized . The results showed that the target compounds in this paper have not been reported . The third part is the imidazole and spectral properties of phenazine class of fluorescent compounds . This thesis is part of the target compounds synthesized in different solvents , UV-visible and fluorescence spectra were measured . And quinine sulfate calculated based on the quantum yield of the target compound . The results show that : (1) the objective compound having a large absorption wavelength (gt; 400nm), a large emission wavelength ( GT ; 535nm ) , a large Stokes shift (gt; 135nm); (2) a substituent different fluorescence transmitting and UV-visible absorption wavelength influential, especially amino their great influence . The fourth part of the target compounds and Cu 2 coordination relationship . The results show that the imidazo phenazine class of compounds and Cu 2 complex is the amount of substance 2:1 , and the ratio in accordance with the amount of such substances , fluorescence spectra occurred great changes as Cu 2 fluorescent probes is very desirable . Finally, the paper made a summary and outlook application prospects of such compounds . This thesis is part of the spectrum of the target compounds and other data are listed in the Appendix .
