Abstract


Enterprises to implement ERP systems have become important ways and means of enterprise management information ; enterprise successful application of the ERP system , and help to improve the management level of enterprises , enhance the competitiveness of enterprises . More and more Chinese manufacturing enterprises have invested in the implementation of the ERP system , implementation of the results , however , are less than ideal , the success rate has been low . ERP system implementation is a systematic project , which involves many variables and uncontrollable factors , there should be a scientific method as a guide , and strictly regulate the implementation process , and to avoid the impact of these factors , in order to achieve the best results . In this thesis Zhicheng Chemicals as a research instance , the project management method used in the ERP project implementation process . This topic first investigation chi into Chemical 's management status quo analysis of its logistics management existence of problems and deficiencies ; on this basis, and then combined with corporate expectations of the target , given the overall chi into chemical ERP project implementation planning phase objectives as well as the implementation of steps , according to the actual situation of wisdom into Chemical , select the ERP software was way to take , software selection steps , and software to solve the program ; Secondly , expounded the wisdom into chemical ERP logistics distribution system implementation process , in order to ensure that the ERP system successful implementation , Zhicheng Chemicals established the \Zhicheng Chemicals ERP logistics and distribution system prior to the implementation , after performance analysis project acceptance . Zhicheng Chemicals project management methods used in the implementation of the ERP logistics system , and ultimately achieve the desired objectives ; Zhicheng Chemicals of the successful implementation of the project management level continuous improvement , to achieve the purpose of ERP systems for management services . The research results show that the project management method used in the implementation of the ERP system can effectively avoid risks , leading to project successfully completed ; It is a worthy implemented or are implementing ERP systems effective method for enterprise applications .
