Abstract


In recent years, China 's petrochemical industry powder devices and the polyolefin powder hopper blasting accident statistics shows that the ignition source of the explosion accidents are mostly caused by the powder electrostatic discharge . These accidents , the life and property losses caused to businesses and employees , but also seriously affected the company's production safety and social image . In order to solve the problem of electrostatic hazards , the industry made ​​a large number of well-established , but part of the production processes and production parts of the electrostatic hazards in the polyolefin powder production process has not yet been effectively controlled , and still threatens the safety and production . A result of the accident and the presence of risk due to lack of understanding of the electrostatic hazards , prompted us to strengthen powder electrostatic hazards . Elaborate Dalian Petrochemical Company 200,000 tons / year polypropylene unit electrostatic hazards presented scientific and effective control and preventive measures recommended to achieve security, stability , optimize production , and provide technical support for the device . This article is in the absorption of electrostatic hazards research achievements at home and abroad based on combining device production actual and recent experience in the electrostatic hazards research , analyze and summarize it .
