Abstract

Supercritical carbon dioxide for its safe and non-toxic , difficult to burn , low cost , easy to use and do not need to consume a lot of water and recyclable characteristics of the dye much Dyeing and Finishing industry attention . Supercritical carbon dioxide fluid used for the staining study of the disperse dye on synthetic fibers , because of its low polarity , is not conducive of natural fibers containing a hydrophilic group and a dye staining , or not on the dye or the color yield is very light , it has been applications dyeing natural fibers and natural dyes can not be expanded. At the same time , synthetic dyes , especially azo dyes environmental hazards arising from the growing understanding of the people , pass into the thousands of years of natural dye because of its natural origin , safety and low toxicity , readily biodegradable and has some health benefits renewed vitality and luster . Considering both the characteristics and advantages of the subject financial natural dyes and supercritical waterless dyeing in one, not only to solve the dyes in supercritical dyeing natural fibers problems they can not provide a solution , and at the same time to obtain the natural dyes good results. Paper as raw materials, spinach, grass and other natural plant extract the plant pigments ethanol solution and successfully synthesized a more stable than chlorophyll chlorophyll derivatives , such derivatives in supercritical carbon dioxide as the natural pigment of wool fibers , cotton fibers were stained by orthogonal experimental design , consider dyeing temperature , pressure , the amount of dye and pH value influencing factors , optimizing the best dyeing conditions , the paper also uses the traditional dyeing methods of comparative experiments , found the same dye used to supercritical dyeing results more desirable . The dyeing process has some theoretical and practical significance to the achievement of environmentally friendly cleaning dyeing and finishing the subject study is expected in the near future to further promote the supercritical CO 2 < / sub> dyeing applications .
