Abstract


Individual career education is a lifelong career development as the goal , to help them carry through career awareness, career exploration , career planning, career decision-making concrete steps to make everyone familiar with the work of social value orientation , put these values ??into personal value system, and applied to life , and eventually allow the individual to live a meaningful suited to their own characteristics but happy life as a concept and practice of education reform . Carried out in high school career education can help students understand their career development, promote students ' career development ; further education and employment for high school students to provide guidance ; stimulate students' motivation to learn, improve teaching quality. This study attempts to explore how to carry out in our high school career education. Research mainly in the form of case studies , in order to carry out our two good career education high school as a case study , the use of survey method on two school career education to carry out the specific practice of research. I hope this worked out in our high school career education to carry out some good experience , and the combination of theory and practice ways to carry out our high school career education in some of the basic issues to be explored and analyzed , and finally try to carry in our high school career Education put forward some feasible suggestions. Through research found that in high school career education should be fully utilized to carry out resources for career education teachers ; combined with moral conduct career education ; carry out career education should develop students' autonomy ; endeavor to obtain the support of the leadership ; school system should be carried out due to career education .
