Abstract


Purpose : observe complement clinical efficacy of the treatment of the syndrome abnormal in myeloproliferative refractory anemia (MDS-RA) of marrow and blood particles , detected in patients before and after treatment , IL - 12 serum expression of change , to further investigate the efficacy of Busuishengxue particle treatment of MDS - RA 's and the influence of IL-12 . Methods: 40 cases of MDS - RA patients , opening up into two groups , 25 patients with Busuishengxue particles (test group ) , compared with treatment with all-trans retinoic acid (control group) 15 cases . And serum samples collected before and after treatment , using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ) was measured before and after the treatment of patients with serum IL-12 expression levels . Results: 1 . Busuishengxue particles can effectively improve the MDS - RA patients with anemia, bleeding and peripheral blood , reducing the percentage of immature cells in the bone marrow , but there was no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) ; 2 . IL-12 was highly expressed in the MDS - RA patients state After treatment, the levels are lower . Conclusion: 1 . MDS patients with abnormal serum IL-12 expression ; 2 . Busuishengxue particles can reduce the level of serum IL-12 , compared with the control group, no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) ; 3 . Busuishengxue particles is an effective drug for prevention and treatment of MDS , it is worth further study , development and utilization.
