Abstract


Purpose : the observed complement marrow and blood particles treatment myeloproliferative syndrome of refractory poor (MDS-RA) of clinical efficacy , detection of patients before and after treatment serum IL-10 expression of change , to further investigate the efficacy of Busuishengxue particle treatment of MDS - RA 's and the influence of IL-10 . Methods: 40 cases of MDS - RA patients were divided into two groups , 25 patients with Busuishengxue particles , with all-trans retinoic acid treatment of 15 cases of the control study . And blood samples were collected before and after treatment , serum IL-10 expression levels before and after treatment was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ) . Results: 1 . Busuishengxue particles can effectively improve the patient 's anemia, bleeding and other symptoms , improve peripheral blood , reducing the percentage of immature cells in the bone marrow , induced MDS dysplasia to the transformation of normal hematopoietic , but no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) between the control group . 2 . The state of IL-10 was highly expressed in the MDS - RA patients after treatment decreased in varying degrees , a significant difference ( P < 0.05 ) before and after treatment by statistical tests . Conclusion: 1 . Particles of Busuishengxue achieved a similar effect with conventional western medicine group , which prompted The particles of Busuishengxue a good effect on the treatment of MDS - RA ; 2 . Tests showed abnormal MDS - RA patients with serum IL-10 expression , Busuishengxue particles could down-regulate IL-10 levels , which may be one of the mechanisms of the treatment of MDS - RA .
