Abstract


History of the development of modern science tells us that there is a center of science transfer rule. 19th century German feudal backward agricultural country catapulted to world science center . This paper attempts to German science center specific case studies to analyze the formation background , causes, content , features and historical experience , which is bound for China's scientific and technological development of the system, operation mechanism and direction of development has an important inspiration and reference . Text around this issue , divided into four parts to illustrate. The first part analyzes the formation of the German Center for Science background . Enlightenment rationalism hold high the banner of human bondage and human rights thinking all feudal autocratic , ruthless criticism ; French Revolution was a radical anti-feudal autocracy and democracy advocate bourgeois revolution , it completely changed the world social civilization and political characteristics of the rise of Germany had a profound impact ; Franco-Prussian War prompted the awakening of the German people , the German people trying to reform contributed to the prosperity of the country . The second part discusses the formation of the German Science Center root causes . From the four aspects of the formation of the German Science Center for the Exploration of the important reasons : ① philosophy and mathematics first pilot ; ② science education system innovation ; ③ The rise of scientific schools ; ④ Science - Technology - Production institutionalized. The third part of physics , chemistry , biology, three scientific fields of the German Center for Science in the formation of independent innovation to summarize . Only enables us to deepen our understanding of the history of science , but more importantly is to make our science center in Germany has a more profound understanding . The fourth part discusses the history of the formation of the German Science Center experience . The formation is the social science center in politics, economy, culture, philosophy , education and other factors result of the interaction . I learned from the innovation is the goal of science , philosophy is the guiding ideology of science , mathematics is a tool that scientific perspective of the German Science Center to discuss the formation of historical experience .
