Abstract


Jurgen Habermas is the most famous contemporary German philosopher and sociologist . As a \and actively seek theoretical and practical meeting point , which is better reflected in the study of the theory of legitimacy . The paper first discusses the academic community on the definition of the concept of legitimacy , in the analysis of the empiricist theory of legitimacy and norms of Marxist theory of legitimacy , analyzes Habermas rebuilding legitimacy theory . Because the system on the living world \Habermas designated as the advanced capitalist economic system , political system and socio-cultural system , the effects of the economic crisis of the economic system , the reasonableness of the crisis and the crisis of legitimacy of the political system and the social and cultural system of motivation crisis , from system theory point of view on the late capitalism facing the crisis of legitimacy , as well as the way to resolve the crisis . Habermas critical system is not aimed at institutional critique itself, but rather to solve the crisis of the system itself .
