Abstract

Objective To study the patients with gastric cancer before surgery, peripheral blood the five coagulation correlation between the index and clinical stage of gastric cancer, gastric cancer metastasis, and clotting in patients with different clinical stages and clinical significance. Methods A retrospective analysis diagnosed for the first time in our hospital from January 2005 to May 2009 for gastric cancer patients with the clinical data of 868 cases and 213 cases of the inguinal hernia patients hospitalized in the same period as the healthy control group were observed in patients with preoperative peripheral blood of five items coagulation indicators: prothrombin time (PT), partial thromboplastin time (APTT), fiber fibrinogen (FBG), plasma thrombin time (TT) levels and platelet (PLT) count, group comparison, statistical analysis . 1, gastric cancer group and the healthy control group comparison: gastric cancer patients peripheral blood plasma PT, FBG levels PLT count compared to the healthy control group was significantly higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.01) has a significant 2, the healthy control group, gastric phases among groups was observed object comparison: FBG levels in the peripheral blood of healthy controls and gastric cancer clinical stage group difference, and the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); plasma PT platelet (PLT) count was significantly higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.01); clinical stage of gastric cancer patients peripheral blood APTT, TT levels and healthy compared to the control group, no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). Gastric cancer metastasis and without metastasis group comparison: the peripheral blood of gastric cancer patients before surgery prolonged PT of FBG content increased (P lt; 0.05), a statistically significant PLT count was significantly increased (P lt; 0.01) statistically significant. 4 in the peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer the four coagulation parameters and platelet count and clinical stage analysis, PT, FBG, PLT and clinical stage were positively correlated (P lt; 0.05), the TT and clinical stage was negatively correlated ( P lt; 0.05), APTT clinical stage there is no correlation, the correlation coefficient of FBG with clinical stage. Conclusion 1, FBG levels of peripheral blood plasma of patients with gastric cancer and PLT count increased hypercoagulable state that the presence of blood, the plasma PT prolong gastric cancer patients with concurrent gastrointestinal bleeding tendency. 2, with different clinical stages of gastric cancer patients with varying degrees of coagulation increased, there is the risk of causing thrombosis and partial thromboplastin indicators tended to increase with the increase in the clinical stage of gastric cancer, such as: peripheral blood PT, FBG levels and PLT count, clinical stage correlation; 3, gastric cancer appear less metastasis in patients with metastatic evident PT of FBG levels and PLT count increased prompt with advanced gastric obvious coagulopathy. Gastric plasma PT, APTT, FBG, TT and PLT count in clinical testing, through changes in such indicators indirectly indicative of the occurrence of gastric cancer invasion and metastasis, as well as provide a new therapeutic direction for the treatment of gastric cancer .
