Abstract


The development strategy of border region between Russian and china should always insist on the development concept of“Regional Coordination”、"interactive development"and"win-win cooperation",It is common and wise to promoting the development of economy and society between the bord of Russia and china by the way of realizing the cooperate the West Development、revitalizing the economy of the Northeast Industrial Base with the far east Russia and Siberian strategy for the development.This paper study from the strategy of the border areas of Sino-Russia cooperation development, and in the angle of realizing the cooperation between border areas of china and Russia. Analysing feasibility and necessity of the cooperation、the main field of the cooperation,and also the significant and positive influence of the the cooperation.This paper brings forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions aiming at actively promote realizing the exploitation and construction of the border areas of china and Russia.
