Abstract


Objective To study pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) serum prolactin (PRL) and uric acid (UA) levels and reveal the PRL with UA , evaluate their relationship with the prognosis of perinatal children . Methods 69 cases of pregnant women with late pregnancy and normal late pregnancy pregnant women is 33 cases for the control group , serum PRL and UA level , while observing the prognosis of perinatal children . Results in severe PIH group serum UA value mild PIH group and the control group was significantly higher (P <0.05), mild PIH group and the control group, serum UA value increased , but the difference between the groups was statistically significant ( P > 0.05 ) ; severe PIH serum PRL values ??reduce mild PIH group and the control group , statistical processing results show that the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) only in severe PIH group and the control group, group ; PIH with serum UA increased perinatal children increased incidence of poor prognosis ; PIH serum PRL and serum UA levels of the two non- related , but they are newborn weight weak correlation ( r = 0.30 , P < 0.05 ; latter r = -0.29, P <0.05); concluding in late pregnancy the severe PIH serum PRL lower serum UA performance increased , but no correlation PIH serum PRL and serum UA levels change both . Level of serum UA measure of the PIH the disease severity and predict prognosis of perinatal children have some practical value .
