Abstract


In this thesis, S. E. Toulmin argument mode. Toulmin analogy with the law on the basis of a proposition put forward , the data ( based on ) , justification , support, and refute the other six qualifiers functional elements constitute the procedural mode. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the Toulmin argumentation patterns generated background. The second part introduces the Toulmin model of argumentation structural elements and basic forms . The third part of the Toulmin model and the traditional mode of argumentation argumentation compare demonstrate that the Toulmin model of the traditional mode of arguing breakthrough.
