Abstract


Luciano Pavarotti is the leader of contemporary bel canto and the most incandescent classical superstar of the 20th century. He let common audiences enjoy the opera and received the warmest support and love. Luciano Pavarotti has a superior level of art and the spirit of diligent study. In his forty years of singing career, he has performed in the almost all first-class opera house as an opera artist and traveled all over the world as a concert singer.The first chapter of this article describes the generation of the master’s life,including his birth, the rough road of music, his Initial success, his brilliant achievements and his death. This chapter shows his magnificent life and highlights the bumpy road of music before he became famous and the pursuit of music. In 1961 he won the first prize in the International Vocal Competition at Jilai ? Perry and began his brilliant career.The second chapter of this article emphatically described the singing style of Luciano Pavarotti and from the tenor of the important position in Italy began to explain the origin and history of opera. Through his vivid performances, he successfully created the classic characters shaped by him, such as Nemorino、Riccardo and Rudolf.At the end of this chapter, Pavarotti’s significant achievements on singing folk in the Naples area are described, especially the classic interpretation for "O solo mio " in and his great contributions to classical music and popular culture and his love and promotion of Italy local music are also introduced. Pavarotti’s contribution to the popularization of opera is discussed in the third chapter.From the enormous influence of two well-known brands which are "three Tenor" and "Pavarotti and his friends”, this chapter shows his attempt to the promotion of opera and the contributions and achievements to the popularity of classical music. And the great affinity, the broad love and the tolerant attitude towards music are also discussed in this chapter. The relationship of Pavarotti and China is discussed in the fourth chapter. By the description of his four trips to China, the influence of the to China’s Bel Canto is fully described. The fifth chapter includes the overall evaluation of Luciano Pavarotti, his attitude to music, the details of his humble charisma, the comprehensive discussions of his influence to the development of the vocal music of the world, China, HeNan and the appraise of Pavarotti’s vocal art director to Pavarotti.
