Abstract


With the issue of the quality of education by the growing attention , with the new science curriculum reform , junior high school science teachers teaching level is getting higher and higher . The classroom is the key to the implementation of the curriculum reform and teachers to improve the teaching level , we must understand the classroom to understand the teaching and understanding of students and understand their own classroom practice . This requires teachers to focus on classroom observation and good classroom observation , and scientific use of classroom observation . Teacher classroom observation capability is not high , the lack of practice of classroom observation , affect teachers' classroom grasp regulation , both lead to inefficient teaching , not high quality , but also raise the level of teaching . Curriculum reform is the key to curriculum implementation, the key to all curriculum theory and content implementation in the classroom , in-depth study of the level of classroom teaching is the key with the core issues of teaching and research . Workable classroom observation is the study of this problem effectively one of the ways . Classroom observation practice as a professional hearing observation and evaluation paradigm exploration , mainly to solve the observed dimensions , five observation tasks , observation method , observation tools and observation program . In practice, we found that such a classroom observation listen to the observation and evaluation of the new paradigm , to improve the level of teaching junior high school science teacher . Starting from the junior high school science classroom teaching and teachers' research characteristics , from the the four Lesson analysis of how to use the level of classroom observations to improve the teaching of junior secondary science . This paper uses a variety of research methods , literature , case analysis of classroom observation demonstrated the level of junior high school science teachers teaching in a scientific manner . Observation of the diagnostic system to help junior high school science teacher defect correction classroom teaching ; cooperation observed by multi- theme groups , so that the observed and the observer to jointly tap into the excellent teaching experience ; using focused observe the formation of a new student-centered curriculum ideas ; improve teaching strategies with self-observation , ; comarative observed promptly teaching behavior change to improve the teaching level . Classroom observation is the basis of reflection , only through classroom observation to improve teaching , improve teaching efficiency and quality , improve the level of teaching junior high school science teacher .
