Abstract


With the progress of science, the development of the times and the new curriculum reform, a new self-study courses, study and explore new modes of learning such as cooperative learning and learning approaches was put forward. It raised classroom for students. At the same time, also brought new challenges for the relationship between teachers and students, It’s important of establishment a new teacher-student relationship and other concept.The relationship between the teachers and students is the most basic and fundamental social relationship in school life, which includes abundant contents in terms of sociology, ethics education and psychology. Wall- going relationship between teachers and students is conducive to the smooth process of teaching and learning, help students to physical and mental health development, is conducive to the development of teachers, and conducive to the construction of campus culture. Accordingly, the teacher-student relationship is the focus of educational theory and practice for long-term, is also the world education reform important aspect.With the working experience of chemistry teaching in high school for over ten years,I am concerned about the deep influence of teacher-student relationship on the chemistry teaching. Using the methods of literature reading, communication interview, summary and links of teaching practice, tries to discuss the theory of new relationship between teachers and students in the chemistry teaching and how to construction it. The essay is composed of three parts:The first part is the issues presented in the background, the purpose and significance of research.The second part reviews the domestic and foreign teacher-student relationship and related theory. In this part reviews the new curriculum reform, clear the basic concepts and basic goal of under the new curriculum reform. Analysis and discuss the new relationship between teachers and students under the new curriculum reform in essence connotation, types of constructing new relationship between teachers and students. I think the relationship between chemistry teachers and students should be‘democracy, equality, mutual respect and mutual, harmonious relationship’.The third part analyzes the changes background of new chemistry teacher- student relationship in senior middle school teaching under the curriculum reform. With the teaching practices, I think construction of the good teacher-student relationship requires teachers to have the right view of education, students view, and excellent teaching ability.
