Abstract


Evaluation, as the name suggests, to assess the value of something. The teacher evaluated for education system is a specific part assessment. Teacher evaluation system is the practical teaching work macro adjustment tool, it can very accurately help education departments and schools understand and master teachers of the ideological trend, teaching mode and comprehensive quality. The ancient Chinese imperial examination system, China’s education began the main evaluation standard evaluation system is students’ examination test scores, teachers taught how student test scores, and teach the class, become what overall entering the important indexes to evaluate the teacher evaluation, and even sometimes become the only index. The exam results with answering for the evaluation criteria of evaluation, the biggest flaw is lead teachers work confined to meet expectations, which is not conducive to the professional development of teachers, teaching skill enhancement and the development of the cause of education. At present, the education, elementary school to teach in the education is still being the related industries in China, but relatively late, research study conditions are relatively poor, so from their grades to lags behind that of developed countries.In recent years, at any time since the new curriculum reform, modern education workers in education evaluation theory and practice has done a lot of research and exploration, the teacher evaluation system of education evaluation system as an important part of the teacher evaluation system, how to establish, its quantified standard choose, evaluation system how to use, how can develop its incentive utility maximization, how will the center of education, teachers by the short progress on pursuit of achievement, turning to pay attention to teachers and students in the teaching quality in the comprehensive improvement of modern education reform, has become an important research topic and development. This paper analyzes the domestic middle and primary school teacher evaluation model of the implementation of the now, in reference to the British and American teachers of primary and secondary schools evaluation mode reform background, improved the methods and means of advanced on the basis of changchun city green park, combining the education and its primary, middle now teacher evaluation mode actual condition, finally find a kind of solution and the development countermeasures to the green zone teacher evaluation mode reform and development plays a certain significance.
