Abstract


Throughout the modern competitive volleyball match, suppression and fierce struggle against the constraints is always the eternal theme. The realizations of these intentions were achieved through rational allocation of one’s own actions and tactics. Practice has proved that correct use of tactics was so important between sides which are evenly matched in the game situation. Once the above scenario, the game outcome often depends on the tactics.Chinese women’s volleyball team scores bottomed in 2010 world women’s volleyball, Chinese women’s volleyball team tactics try every means in order to change this situation; we try to establish suitable advanced theory system for China’s women’s volleyball team, we are required to use more advanced offense theory to guide competitive women’s volleyball training and competition practice, thus unceasingly prompted volleyball athletics steady development. This paper uses material collecting, video observation statistics, video and mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to do detailed analysis research on the world women’s volleyball 2010 two rounds of Chinese women’s volleyball team with nine different group opponents in the course of a game of tactical usage.From the research we made the following conclusions:First, there is short-board in technology, the lack of ability to grasp the opportunity during stalemate, the non-rotation in Chinese women’s volleyball team become a problem to be solved.Second, team expertises are not obvious and the team is lacking of key players and tactics fell behind the other team. Third, quickly changed tactics has lost the past glory, strength of attacking point is not enough to bear the whole team. Fourth, there is a obvious gap between main players and the bench.Fifth, physical decline always be found in the final stage of semi-finals and is insufficient to support the team tactics and strategies to complete.Sixth, frequent changes of coach are another important reason of the Chinese team’s failure in World Championship.There are the following recommendations,Firstly, we can draw on the advanced experience of the world’s teams in order to reinforce the foundation re-emergence of Chinese women’s volleyball.Secondly, we can establish a stable team of high level coaching to rebuild the Chinese women’s volleyball style.Thirdly, we try to speed up the ranks of team building, to learn advanced tactical play and to train global force wing spiker .
