Abstract


In this paper , the construction of large strategic initiatives at the national multi-level capital market , combined with the meaning of the context of the large-scale development of the western region and Chongqing granted securities over-the-counter market on the OTC market , the existence of the theoretical literature , recalled our level capital market history, current situation and development of ideas , and Chongqing securities over-the-counter market positioning , effective operation and regulation of research and analysis . Match from financiers - investor demand , capital market information asymmetry three angles of the spontaneous evolution and over-the-counter market maker system , to build the theoretical framework of the over-the-counter market . The theoretical analysis shows that : 1) over-the-counter market to expand the investor 's right to choose , to reduce the differences of opinion , and can inhibit the manipulation , to improve the expected return to investors ; 2 ) over-the-counter market to meet the financing needs of enterprises at different stages of expanding corporate finance option to reduce the financing gap to solve the financing problems of SMEs ; 3 ) OTC markets are better able to improve the risk exit mechanism, thereby promoting economic growth . Constitute over-the-counter market in Chongqing , and the positioning of the country's over-the-counter market with a clearly defined , while building the theoretical basis of the OTC market , based on international experience , over-the-counter market in Chongqing the basic framework , function selection , market positioning, and institutional arrangements for analysis , provide policy advice for the over-the-counter market in Chongqing healthy and rapid development .
