Abstract


President George W. Bush came to power in 2001 , the neo-conservatives in the United States played a significant role in the George W. Bush administration's foreign and defense policy -making . Under neo-conservatives strongly contributed to the Bush Administration policy of the implementation of anti-terrorism and the promotion of American-style democracy in the Middle East , the United States launched the war in Iraq to overthrow Saddam Hussein in 2003 , trying to build a model of democracy in the Middle East ; develop and disseminate \Greater Middle East Initiative \However, the neo-conservatives and George W. Bush 's Middle East policy of the great difficulties encountered in the implementation process : the United States into the quagmire of the war in Iraq , the limited success of the implementation of the \Content , the following sections: The first chapter introduces the course of development of the neo-conservatives in the United States , the second chapter introduces the representatives of the neo-conservatives , representative offices and their main ideas , Chapter the neo-conservatives can influence the George W.
