Software development is a complicated engineering, but also an art worth studying.With the shortcomings of traditional software development methods has become increasingly prominent, agile software development methods are gradually popular, more and more people understand, research and use it. Agile software development method is a scientific, advanced, fast and efficient method. Compared with the traditional development methods, it can grasp the software requirements more accurately and respond to change, so it is widely used by all kinds of teams in home and abroad. Scrum is one of the agile software development methods which is more popular in software development, it is a development method, and also a management method,which is a science worth study and discussion.This paper takes the project of university student team for example, simulates a small team, exploring and practicing, aiming at software project development of small teams, introduces the ideological principles of agile development methodologies in detail, in numerous agile methods, the thesis selects the more popular one——Scrum ,to in-depth analysis and study, expounds the Scrum processes, elements, characteristics and so on, applies various techniques and tools, combines Scrum agile software development method and small-scale project development team together through the real cases, showing the best practice mode which is intact and realistic significance, finally summarizes and prospectes. Agile methods only provide a method in the framework level, and no specific implementation details. This paper joines individual elements into the small teams innovatively, and improved the specific implementation steps of each process in detail.Take the project as a clue to show the Scrum agile software development method from the beginning to the end.It is a software development model which is practical, innovative and with a reference value.
