Abstract


Institutions pension system reform is a popular livelihood topic , the parties concerned about the close , heated discussion . Institutions in the pension insurance system is an important element in establishing a multi-level social security system is an important part of the reform of public institutions , but also to protect the lives of retired personnel , an important measure to maintain social stability . However , the impact of China 's economic and political reform , the pension system reform of current institutions undoubtedly is a practical problem . I live organs and institutions endowment insurance jobs , has been committed to the study and practice of the the institutions endowment insurance reform , thanks to the convenience of work experience and gather information as MPA Thesis topics . In this paper, a combination of theoretical research and case study research method , through the analysis of the actual status quo of China 's institutions of pension insurance and social security system as well as Fujian Province, the experience of the pilot reform , to explore the basic principles of the pension system reform institutions ideas and relevant supporting policies , which put forward the idea of ??the establishment of the pension insurance system of Chinese characteristics and institutions .
