Abstract


Injection well casing damage seriously affect the production of a major oil field , oilfield established the mining measures and the implementation of the plan will be restricted , and a direct result of the injection and production system disorders , originally planned the well network layout is no longer reasonable. Therefore, a proper understanding of the factors and mechanism of damage to the well casing , there is concern draw preventive measures applicable to the production of the actual damage to the casing , and undoubtedly have a significant economic development and further exploitation of oil and gas reservoirs . This article through a lot of literature research , combined with the islands of the actual production of the oil field , three aspects of casing damage from the injection wells geological factors , engineering factors , and corrosion factors , field casing damage survey , theoretical analysis of calculated from the overall on comprehensive , systematic understanding of the injection well casing damage mechanism , in situ stress determination is carried out on the basis of fracture pressure calculated reasonable injection pressure research , creep model injection well casing damage fluid-structure interaction computational mechanics model to study the corrosion factors of the injection well casing , come to determine the injection wells casing corrosion rate calculation method , the preparation of the supporting computing software , verify the accuracy of the model through examples and practical injection wells , silos oilfield casing damage prevention constructive suggestions .
