Abstract


Tubing by external force , chemical corrosion and other factors caused the casing deformation , damage , direct impact on the oil field oil and gas production and the life of the injection effect and oil wells . With each oilfield casing damage is increasing year by year the number of wells , casing damage condition inspection and prevention has become the focus of work in the oil field development process . Analysis casing damage reasons put forward several measures to prevent casing damage . Engineering wellbore conditions for checking the cased hole logging method , and the analysis of the effect of its application in the casing damage state inspection and guidance workover operations , and clarify the engineering logging in casing damage prevention , prediction important role. Uneven stress-induced anisotropy formation fast and slow flexural wave scattered crossover phenomenon as the theoretical basis for the use of the continuous phase spectrum method to extract dispersive wave phase slowness dispersion curves . Treated with the method of a well orthogonal dipole data , identify the type of anisotropy from the dispersion characteristics of the fast and slow bending waves : dispersion curves coincide ① isotropic formation ; the ② inherent anisotropic formation frequency parallel to the dispersion curves ; the ③ stress caused by the anisotropic formation dispersion curves cross . Orthogonal dipole acoustic logging data to estimate formation stress application instance in the field of Daqing Oilfield . In casing damage wells in the field test data processing , a total of 10 wells segments unusually stress , confirmed by the geological staff well section 5 , unrecognized ( not deny ) the geological understanding of the well section is also more blurred. On this basis , the use of casing damage prediction software single well casing damage prediction , the calculated wellbore stability coefficient is less than 1 , so despite the well weeks there are certain abnormal stress , but the the rock borehole wall is stable , temporarily not cause casing damage . The next step will be the use of a single well the transverse waves casing damage forecast results , combined with the geological dynamic , multidisciplinary and comprehensive analysis of static data and other test data on the causes and trends of regional casing damage .
