Abstract


The market economy is the legal economy, but also the economy of credit. Economic form of long-term self-feudal in our history, could not grown in line with modern commodity economy needs business integrity, and no business integrity legalization traditional. Great impact on the traditions embodied the moral integrity of the personal feelings in front of the material interests, coupled with our tradition of business integrity and the current legal system is not perfect, corporate integrity issues in the social transition in the offing. Food, coal, engineering quality safety accidents occur frequently in recent years shows that the current Chinese enterprises serious problem of lack of good faith. China's annual economic losses due to corporate dishonesty brought up to thousands of yuan. Corporate integrity is one of the major issues affecting social harmony. In so profound analysis of Chinese enterprises lack credibility roots to effectively curb the current corporate dishonesty enhance the level of society as a whole corporate integrity is of great significance. Based on the understanding of the law, from a historical perspective, the use of contrast and close contact with the actual analysis of the root causes of the lack of credibility of the Chinese enterprises to arrive at the moment to solve the problem of corporate integrity main conclusions proceed from the point of view of the legal system. This article is divided into four parts: The first part discusses the corporate integrity meanings, including the origin and integrity of corporate integrity meanings of two parts. The focus of this part by comparing the different corporate integrity and personal integrity, and analysis of corporate integrity features from the perspective of understanding of the law. The second section provides an overview of our corporate integrity status quo, including the construction of our corporate integrity achievements and lack of good faith performance of two parts. China's lack of corporate integrity mainly between enterprises, between enterprises and banks, businesses and consumers. The third part analyzes the root causes of the lack of credibility of China's enterprises, is a core part of the paper. Practices, systems, the concept of three levels of analysis. The fourth part of the countermeasures to strengthen our corporate integrity. This part of the argument to strengthen the legal system is the business currently in our country under the special circumstances of the main way to enhance the level of corporate integrity, then points put forward to strengthen all aspects of system construction. The characteristics of the paper is from the understanding of the law, a historical perspective, contrast analysis of corporate integrity missing the root cause, and the special national conditions of our country, the relevant legal construction is the main way to enhance our corporate integrity, unlike in previous papers not able to build enterprise credit system combined with the actual full swing, the operability in practice.
