Abstract


Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of the national economy, accounting for all enterprises in China more than 99% of the total number, and they have great significance to the national or regional economic development and social stability. Through data and case analysis, we can find that SMEs have a very tortuous course of development, by itself, the external environment, and many other factors. The current constraints of SMEs as an important factor in the development of lack of funds, corporate finance problems. This study found that among SMEs clustered benign long-term stable relationship, not only to a certain extent make up for lack of individual enterprises, but also have a free finance companies can not have the advantage of the cluster. The one hand, small and medium enterprises play a cluster operating flexible features, the overall strength of the cluster depend on the other hand, enjoy the advantages of the cluster to bring the multiplier amplification to make up the funding gap for SMEs, while broadening financing channels for SMEs.First analyze the status and problems of SME financing in Heilongjiang province with the background of non-cluster, then explanting the necessity and feasibility of building SME clusters in Heilongjiang Province, thirdly implementation of the current status and problems in depth analysis, and finally through guidance and supervision from the government, building financing system, theory supporting, other aspects of self-building to promote the financing of SME cluster development in our province.This financing construction of a flow chart of SME clusters and some of suggestions of the financing of SME cluster in Heilongjiang Province which is an innovative point of this article.
