Abstract


Intellectual policy of the Communist Party of China is an important part of talent and technologypolicy of the party and the nation, and its treatment policy is an important component of the overallintellectual policy．Modern intellectuals of China playing a unique indispensable role in China’s revolution,construction and reform and opening up is an important historical basis of the study of intellectualtreatment policy．The problem of intellectual treatment, since the founding of the Communist Party of China severalgeneration of collective leaderships had been paying attention and concentrating on to solve the problem．The Communist Party of China and the Central People’s Government attached great importance tointellectual treatment policy, issued a series of intellectual treatment policies and regulations, according tothe actual situation of intellectuals, and combined the look on the status of intellectual and the historicalrole of the Communist Party of China in different historical period, adjusted the different historical periodof the Communist Party of China on intellectual treatment policy．Passing through the different historicalperiod of intellectual treatment policy’s adjustment, its meaning was very profound, it was the culturalconstruction in China for the present, the growth in China intellectuals, and to mobilize the enthusiasm ofintellectual, giving full play to the intellectual in the socialist modernization construction, the role of, wasall meritorious works．The text is divided into four chapters．The first chapter,, explaining the Communist Party of China’sintellectual treatment policy from three dimensions．The second chapter, the evolution of the CommunistParty of China’s intellectual treatment policy．The third chapter, the prospect of the Communist Party of China’s intellectual treatment policy．The fourth chapter, the contemporary value of researching theevolution of the Communist Party of China’s intellectual treatment policy．Overviewing intellectual treatment policy since the founding of the Communist Party of China in1921,there has been a historical process of occurrence, development and change, and this process is stillcontinuing．The article bases on the full materials, refers to the related research achievements, combs theCommunist Party of China’s intellectual treatment policy systematically, shows the occurrence anddevelopment of the basic process of the Communist Party of China’s intellectual treatment policy, andsummarizes the experience and lesson from it, which provides theoretical reference for formulatingintellectual treatment policy in accordance with the development of the times for the future．
