Abstract


Enterprise charity is the perfect combination of the modern industrial economy and traditional virtue, which not only has affected the way of economic activity, and produced a wide range of effects in politics, culture, life and the entire social moral atmosphere and ethical situation, even affected the production and management of enterprises and sustainable development since its produce. From the ethical perspective, the enterprise charity is one of the important ways to realize the unity of "justice" and "benefit" for enterprises, which is the practical guarantee of sustainable development of enterprises, which is the value dimension of constructing the socialist harmonious society, but also the objective requirements of construction of socialist spiritual civilization.Enterprise charity is the product of developing to a certain historical period of human society, which has developed gradually is due to that the enterprises adapt to the trend of global economic integration and the requirements of the development of modern economic society, the enterprises cannot only care about the maximization of profit, more to understand the concern of the home of the wealth. The enterprises cannot be only focus on their own thrived, more to learn to be back-feeding social soil. Some researches found that the moral motivation of enterprise charity mainly come from two aspects, one is exterior restriction of the moral culture, including Chinese and western traditional charity culture’s impact, ethical restrictions of the modern enterprise, social expectations and policy guidance, etc. The other is the enterprises’moral self-consciousness, including entrepreneur’s moral accomplishment, the demand of culture construction of enterprises and their social integration in.Although the scale of enterprise charity in our country is getting beefier, and enterprise charity takes important role in alleviating poverty expanded gradually, namely, narrowing the gap between rich and poor, promoting social fairness and justice with its development, but there are still many problems to be solved urgently, which is mainly as follows: the low level of enterprise charity, the overpowered subjective arbitrary and donate-cheating, contribution claiming and charity show and so on occurred frequently. Investigate its reasons, which are relevant to consciousness of enterprise charity in our country, the lag of ethical system construction of the enterprise, the endless flexibly of social environment of enterprise charity. Therefore, in order to promote the development of enterprise charity in our country, we must start from these three aspects: improving charitable consciousness of the enterprises, forming the normal mechanism of enterprise charity, optimizing social environment of enterprise charity and so on. Love has no limits, social development is everlasting, enterprise charity also has endless forever , enterprise charity of our country still lags, which can’t realize long-term and steady development of enterprise charity until it must depend on efforts from the government ,the public, and other people from all walks of life together.
