Abstract


Phenylurea herbicides are commonly used herbicide in China , its agricultural production efficiency of the section is of great significance , but in view of its toxicity in the environment , biodegradable and bioconcentration factors strengthen its monitoring and control become this critical task . This paper media including different mobile phase of methanol-water , acetonitrile water and 12 kinds of vegetables matrix phenylurea herbicides methoxy Long Green Valley Long subtilis Long UV irradiation decreased the solution efficiency and OPA derivatizing agent ( phthalate the two formaldehyde cysteamine ) derivative research , provide technical support for phenylurea herbicides Determination of trace residues . The results are as follows : 1. Wavelength of light affect the efficiency of UV photolysis major factors , the ultraviolet degradation efficiency of the 254 nm light conditions phenylurea herbicides significantly higher than the 365nm light conditions , the difference was significant or very significant ; flow phase ultraviolet absorption will hinder which herbicides photolysis ; photosensitizer acetone plus 0.5 % more conducive to UV photolysis ; photodegradation of the three kinds of the phenylurea herbicide degradation efficiency performance examine the cumulative effect ; two kinds photolysis temperature phenylurea herbicide degradation efficiency of three difference is not significant , i.e. does not affect the efficiency of photolysis in the reaction temperature in the range of 30-50oC ; interaction between light intensity and time in this test did not express . The 254nm light conditions phenylurea herbicide degradation rate as follows : Bacillus Long gt ; Green Valley Long gt ; methoxy Long . 2.254nm, 1.5 min, 2000μw/cm2 UV according to performance the light degradation efficiency of 12 kinds of vegetables matrix phenylurea herbicides significant differences in UV absorption value of the vegetable matrix with which herbicide degradation efficiency is not a significant correlation ; 365nm , 0.5 min , 1000μw/cm2 light conditions, 12 kinds of vegetables matrix UV photolysis efficiency than mobile phase CK UV photolysis efficiency larger reason , the authors believe that this performance matrix contained chlorophyll and photosensitive agent . 3 . Use online UV lighting solution phenylurea herbicides on photolysis derivative conditions affect the conditions of flow rate , OPA concentration , photolysis tube length and three vegetables Tim recoveries , linear range derivative research UV photolysis , description of the three kinds of vegetables herbicides can be accurately applied to the detection .
