Abstract


This paper reviews the theoretical and research at home and abroad on the the career choices attitude and sense of self-worth, drawing on previous research on the basis of revised career choice attitude questionnaire. Expand empirical research to college students for the object of the career choices of college students attitude reality to explore the relationship between individual career choices various factors of the attitude and sense of self-worth factors reveals college students self-esteem of vocational Select the impact of attitude. The empirical research methods for the measurement method: research tools Crites career choice Attitude revised and Xiting prepared and Yang Xiong adolescent self-esteem scale; study Nanjing Normal University, Hohai University, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications University, Nanjing Institute of Information Technology, China University of Mining and Technology in college students, 540; career choice attitudes of group identity analysis, the relationship between the analysis in the sense of self-worth and career choices attitude and sense of self-worth attitude of career choice impact analysis. Through a combination of surveys and data analysis, the study concluded as follows: (1) Students career choices attitude overall differences in gender, discipline, grade, and students source; career choice certainty gender, grade, subject, and students source differences; career choices involved in the degree of differences in grade, subject, and students source; the career choices orientation grades and disciplines differences: career choice, independence and compromise the existence of gender and grade differences. (2) Students' career choices attitude factor with a sense of self-worth are some of the factors related to: career choice certainty and negative overall self, society in general, general personal, social and psychological, social and moral, social and family and personal interpersonal self-worth related, social physiology and individual moral self-value sense a positive correlation; career choices involved in the degree and overall self and society in general, general personal, social interpersonal, psychosocial, personal interpersonal and personal psychological self-value sense into negative correlation with personal morality self-worth sense of a positive correlation; career choices orientation sexual self-worth individual factors are as positive correlation; occupational choose independence and social human interpersonal social morality, social physiological personal interpersonal and personal psychological self-value sense into a positive correlation; occupational choose compromise with overall self, personal, social interpersonal, social ethics, social physiology, personal psychology, personal morality and personal family a sense of self-worth is positively correlated. (3) Apart from general career to choose compromise regression effect, the rest of the career choices attitude factor and self-esteem factors can create ideal regression equation. This study will help students understand the attitude of his career choice, and college career guidance work some inspiration and reference.
