Abstract


Faced with the catastrophes,financial support is our traditional major practice which has only a few ways to transfer the risks,the insurance industry has not given much support. Our insurance coverage is limited,and the way of cession is monotonous and inefficient, they have no ability to cover the Catastrophe risk.Catastrophe risk securitization can successfully transfer the Catastrophe risk to the capital market which is more strong with huge risk tolerance.It provides a new idea and a new subject for our insurance to solve the difficulty.This article mainly references successful experiences existing abroad and uses comparative analysis and data model of the method of derivation,then gives fundamental research and policy discussion based on developing our Catastrophe risk securitization in conjunction with our country actual situation.This article starts with successful experiences of our own MBS,gives a brief introduction of MBS, then leads to respect the Catastrophe risk securitization theory research,and analyzes its characteristics and feasibility,thinks about problems possibly appeared and the solutions. Finally,corresponding suggestions are statemented.
