Objective:To observe the brain protein hydrolyzate injection and tablet treatment of angle-closure glaucoma after optic atrophy effect.Methods:30 patients 60 eyes of the original hair after angle-closure glaucoma in patients with optic atrophy, intraocular pressure control after surgery at 17mmHg or less (those with poorly controlled blood pressure drops auxiliary buck), Treatment order by a non-blind, randomized control study were divided into two groups, both groups of oral medicine decoction Tongqiao eyesight No.Ⅳ, on this basis, the brain injections were given intravenous protein hydrolysates; tablets brain protein hydrolysis material orally. In the vision, visual field, visual evoked potential side comparison of before and after treatment and compared between the two groups.Results:Both medications can stabilize visual acuity, improved vision, enhanced electrical activity of the optic nerve, but the brain hydrolyzate injection significantly better than the brain hydrolyzate tablets group, each group before and after treatment were improved in all indicators, and the large difference between the groups, with statistical significance, while the duration and efficacy of a relationship, the sooner after the onset of treatment, the better effect.Conclusion:The injection of brain protein hydrolysates in treatment of glaucoma than the tablet has a better efficacy of optic nerve atrophy.
